📋 Description

• Nava is a consultancy and public benefit corporation working to make government services simple, effective, and accessible to all. • Since 2013, federal, state, and local government agencies have trusted Nava to build transformative digital services to help people access public benefits. • The Salesforce Architect is responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions that meet current and future business needs. • This role ensures seamless integration between Salesforce and enterprise systems while defining best practices and standards for development, deployment, and automation. • The Salesforce Architect leads a team of engineers, collaborates with government partners, and applies DevOps methodologies to streamline workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing and implementing scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions • Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows • Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, ETL tools, or event-driven architecture • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Salesforce DX • Experience in cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Strong understanding of user interface design best practices for Salesforce applications • Demonstrated ability to think strategically around trade-offs and short-term vs. long-term benefits • Ability to define and enforce governance policies, security best practices, and scalability principles • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, technical and otherwise • Highly resourceful, reliable, and detail-oriented • Tenacity to dive into problems and iterate in working code • An adaptive, empathetic, collaborative, and positive mindset
