📋 Description
• Play a critical role in advancing Navaide’s mission of driving transformational change for our clients • Contribute to improving the efficiency, security, and innovation of systems that matter most to our nation • Provide sustainment support across various functional and technical areas of Navy ERP/SAP • Support Business Processes Reengineering (BPR) initiatives such as As-is / To-be Process Mapping, Business Rules and Handbook development • Deliver presentations, trainings, demonstrations, leading/facilitating meetings with stakeholders at various levels of the organization • Development of Desk Guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Policies, Guidance • Project management support such as scheduling, resourcing, forecasting, risk management, configuration control • Analysis of information, interpretation and drafting of technical documentation
🎯 Requirements
• Candidates must possess, or be eligible to receive, US DoD Secret-level Security Clearance • Strong interpersonal, communication, active listening, assertiveness, negotiation, conflict resolution skills • Strong experience with Microsoft Office software suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) • Navy ERP/SAP experience is preferred but not required • Navy/DoD financial experience is preferred but not required
