Description

• Lead the creation and deployment of Program Management Plans, covering organizational structure, transition plans, risk management, and performance metrics • Collaborate with FM&C and Government clients to understand data migration needs and align them with strategic objectives • Conduct quality assurance reviews, ensuring program performance aligns with contractual commitments

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Information Systems • 6-15+ years of work experience, preferably with State or Federal Government agencies or sizable corporations • Minimum of nine years of progressive experience, including six years in change management projects
