Description

• Collaborate with SVP of Life Sciences & Pharma team for Patient Education programs. • Oversee delivery of PE programs, ensuring effective program setup and monitoring. • Develop new education programs using Navigating Cancer’s PE platform. • Manage the client Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review process. • Monitor progress of programs, tracking performance against benchmarks. • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to showcase program success. • Enhance customer engagement with compelling value stories. • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve patient education offerings. • Contribute positively to company culture.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical consulting preferred. • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic, maturity, and proactive initiative. • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to make a strong impact on senior-level decision-makers and clients. • Prior experience with pharmaceutical claims, EMR and/or other Real World Data preferred. • Capable of critical data analysis. • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Comfortable working in an unstructured environment, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness. • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality. • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to document processes and maintain comprehensive customer records. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Analytics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
