🎯 Requirements

• You Lead the Team – You mentor, support, and develop engineers, running 1:1s to help them grow technical and leadership skills. • You Own the Backend – You design and develop robust, scalable, API-first backend systems, ensuring reliability and performance in a high-transaction FinTech environment. • You Balance Hands-On and Leadership – You’re passionate about coding but also lead the team’s technical vision, roadmap, and decision-making. • You Challenge and Optimize – You improve existing architectures, drive engineering best practices, and enforce coding standards. • You Ensure Compliance & Security – You design and build financial-grade backend services, ensuring compliance with regulations, audits, and security standards. • You Thrive in Chaos – Startups move fast.
