📋 Description

• We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our early-stage FinTech! • We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Software Developer in Test to join our dynamic and growing team. 🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrate strong leadership skills to mentor and guide team members in testing methodologies and best practices • Must have strong programming skills with a solid knowledge of Java and ideally JS • Must have knowledge of software testing methodologies like Behavior-Driven Development and testing principles, such as functional testing, component testing, integration testing, regression testing, and performance testing • Have practical experience with Contract Testing using Pact • Are very familiar with performance & load testing tools. • Be an advocate of the need to engage testing early in the feature definition process • Can mentor engineering teams, assist them by identifying testing goals and needs, and drive a culture of knowledge sharing in order to close knowledge gaps. • Can help foster an environment of psychological safety that enables team members to thrive. This is very important to us, as we are a highly diverse group made up of people from many different ethnicities, religious beliefs, and gender identities • Experience in Payments or a FinTech industry would be nice to have but not a strong requirement • Ability to mentor and guide team members • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively • High degree of empathy and situational awareness
