📋 Description
• Responsible for providing business performance analysis, reporting, and forecasting as an independent contributor. • Gathers analysis and creates reports using financial, operation, and product-specific data. • Proven track record of performing data analysis through the use of Excel functions & formulas, or a database querying language. • Ability & willingness to learn how to query database platforms, such as SQL Server & DBeaver. • Create data visualizations in Tableau, create ETL packages in SQL Server Integration Services [SSIS]. • Works with business leaders and stakeholders to understand data and analysis needs and develop technical requirements. • Promotes and evangelizes a culture of excellence, data driven discussions, healthy skepticism, intellectual curiosity, knowledge sharing, and teamwork. • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 1-2 years relevant work experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, and/or Data Visualization • Strong proficiency in the use of MS Excel and its formulas and functions (i.e. VLOOKUP, Concatenate, if/then statements) • Knowledge and experience in SQL, ETLs, Tableau, Server Maintenance, and the Telecom industry are advantages. • Strong desire to learn and to be trained • Amenable to working in the Philippine night shift schedule
