Description

• Responsible for planning and designing new software and web applications. • Analyzes, tests, and assists with integration of new applications. • Oversees documentation of all development activity. • Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. • Acts as a key contributor in a complex environment. • May lead teams or projects and share expertise. • Supports end-to-end customer experience and drives continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field • 8+ years overall work experience • 6 -7+ years experience with ServiceNow developing core ITSM modules • ServiceNow Admin Certification • ServiceNow Developer and/or Architect certifications is strong plus • Expertise with workflows and integrations • Strong knowledge with ServiceNow, Java, Spring, CI/CD, Javascript, Jquery, AJAX • Experience in automated testing and quality assurance practices • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience or knowledge with AWS Cloud, Graph database a plus • Ability to present to Technical and Non-Technical Audiences
