Description

• Define inspiring product visions in the retail and business banking space from identified customer and end user needs. • Identify new solutions, enhancement opportunities or product gaps that exist in our current solution portfolio, and make the case for investment and prioritize resources to deliver on our business outcomes. • Lead story writing, backlog refinement and definition of Roadmaps that tie to your products, working with customers and partners to deliver on the defined vision of Payments and the Payments Hub. • Work across the organization to ensure functional alignment for all solution readiness elements necessary to ensure a product or solution is ready for general availability in the market. • Work with NCR Voyix Sales and Relationship Management teams to define Go-to Market approaches for new solutions and support engagements to enable customer strategies. • Participate in regular sprint planning, collaboration with scrum teams, daily status meetings, and acceptance testing. • Provide support on strategy, vision and direction for successful pre-sales engagement and ongoing client collaboration to grow the relationship. • Accountable for all market related performance metrics, including sales, revenues and margin, product quality and customer satisfaction. • Represent your products and vision externally with clients/prospects, analysts, and consultants.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in software solutions/product management, fintech, or banking industry experience preferred. • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in information technology management, computer science, business, software engineering or equivalent experience, master’s degree preferred. • High energy level, good organization and multi-tasking skills necessary to achieve constantly changing mix of short, medium and long-term objectives. • Experience defining large scale solutions architected for multi-tenant infrastructure and platform as a service – cloud computing environments. • Experience defining product roadmaps based on both abstract and detailed customer requirements, use-cases, market analysis, and observed industry trends. • Understanding and exposure to the broader software environment and how Financial Institutions and consumers interact with technology. • Have a passion for, and commitment to, making things better through the delivery of effective solutions that improve services to customers. • Must be able to handle frequent interruptions in schedule to respond to ad hoc sales queries, new customer opportunities and escalation of customer issues. • Strong and confident presentation and negotiation skills needed to interact effectively with senior management, key customers and partners in both selling and problem-resolution scenarios. • Natural curiosity and self-motivation to learn and keep current on technical aspects and trends for assigned product category in areas that impact cost drivers, user experience and performance.
