📋 Description
• Basado en el campo: El puesto será un jugador-entrenador para los Técnicos de Campo de NCR Voyix o Técnicos de terceros • El soporte incluirá la identificación de problemas, responder llamadas telefónicas de soporte entrantes, análisis, diagnóstico y resolución • Presenta y obtiene acuerdo para el aislamiento del problema, creación de soluciones y planes de implementación • Responsable de asegurar que las soluciones proporcionadas sean exitosas • Sera requerido ejecutar Solicitudes de Servicio para la resolución de problemas o en momentos de alta demanda • Responsable de Capacitación/Mentoría en el Campo • Utilizar Sistemas de Conocimiento proporcionados por NCR Voyix para encontrar soluciones a problemas conocidos • El puesto retiene la propiedad de todos los problemas/escalaciones hasta su resolución • Informes y análisis de KPIs clave según lo definido por su gerente • Puede ser requerido para ingresar en una rotación de soporte de guardia
🎯 Requirements
• Experiencia en NCR Voyix o empresa similar en un rol de Entrega de Servicios de Campo • Capacidad para comunicarse efectivamente con clientes internos y externos a todos los niveles mientras protege la posición de la empresa • Buenas habilidades para resolver problemas • Adapta las comunicaciones al público objetivo • Escucha para entender y fomenta la comunicación abierta • Buenas habilidades de mentoría • Traduce un sentido de urgencia y lleva los problemas a su cierre • Excelentes habilidades informáticas • Capacidad para recopilar, organizar y presentar información de manera enfocada y concisa
