Description

• Oversee and manage projects focused on improving customer experience. • Validate project plans and schedules, incorporating customer-requested changes. • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful elements. • Work closely with customers to obtain acceptance of project deliverables. • Manage customer satisfaction during project transitions. • Serve as the single point of contact for customers, leading scope definition and expectation setting. • Manage virtual teams to address customer issues promptly. • Coordinate post-startup activities, including data gathering and resource identification. • Provide customer-facing sales support throughout the sales process and contract lifecycle management. • Assist in contract renewal negotiations, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation. • Identify and develop new opportunities with clients. • Lead reviews to identify process and system gaps in Service Order Management. • Implement global processes for revenue recognition in line with local requirements. • Mentor and train new team members on project management and sales support functions.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English , both spoken and written. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. • Experience in data collection and analysis.
