• Ndax is a leading digital asset trading platform, founded in Canada. • We pride ourselves on being recognized as one of Canada’s Best Workplaces. • Seeking a skilled Compliance Specialist to ensure compliance with KYC and AML regulations for Ndax Spain. • Responsible for implementing and maintaining effective compliance controls and regulatory reporting. • Deep understanding of local Spanish regulations and European compliance standards is required. • Implement and maintain Ndax’s KYC/AML policies in line with regulations. • Oversee KYC/AML processes for customers, ensuring adherence to standards. • Stay updated with the latest regulatory changes in Spain and the EU. • Liaise with regulatory bodies and prepare compliance reports. • Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits as needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field. • Proven experience in compliance or regulatory affairs, preferably within the financial services or cryptocurrency industry. • Strong knowledge of Spanish and European regulatory requirements, including AML and KYC legislation. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
