• Seeking a part-time Attorney in the Netherlands who can serve as counsel for multiple related entities in an arbitration proceeding. • Responsibilities include drafting briefs and motions and litigating claims. • Conducting thorough legal research and reviewing legal challenges. • Attending court hearings and managing filings as necessary. • Assisting with developing and implementing litigation strategies. • Preparing and maintaining comprehensive legal documentation. • Negotiating and drafting commercial agreements. • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
🎯 Requirements
• Good standing with the Dutch Bar Association and Living in the Netherlands REQUIRED to apply. • Must be interested in Arbitration Work. • Living and practicing in the Netherlands. • Strong research skills and experience in conducting legal research and drafting memoranda of law. • Proven experience in working in Arbitration in the Netherlands. • Good standing with the Dutch Bar Association. • Effective writing and verbal communication skills. • Excellent organizational and analytical skills. • Ability to draft, create, and prepare motions and trial materials. • Proficiency in corresponding with the judiciary and other law firms via all forms of communication. • Competence in attending court appearances, depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. • Ability to prepare clients for all related appearances. • Demonstrated ability to develop appropriate options to accomplish goals in a timely manner. • Proven strategic planning and organizational skills, with the ability to collect data, analyze facts, and draw conclusions.
