•PayPayの経営企画部門にて、中期事業計画策定、年度予算策定、予実管理業務をコアとした業務を担当していただきます。 •事業成長の実現に必要な短期・中長期の経営計画策定及び進捗管理 •各種KPI・損益の予実分析、経営層への報告・改善策提案 •経営レベルの課題解決、戦略施策の実行支援 •管理会計システムの運用および改善推進 •収益性改善に向けた財務管理プロセスの設計・構築・運用・改善
🎯 Requirements
•以下いずれかの業務経験を3年以上有する方 •事業会社での経営企画全般の業務経験（中期経営計画策定・予算策定、予実管理、市場及び競合調査・分析等） •経営コンサルティングファーム（戦略・総合系）におけるコンサルタントとしての業務経験 •（事業会社の経営企画部門における幅広い業務を経験し、経営陣・事業本部を支えるプロフェッショナルとしてキャリア形成を希望する方をお迎えしたい） •シミュレーションモデルの作成と、それを用いて部門責任者と計画を確定するコミュニケーションスキル •財務三表の関係性及び財務予測モデルを理解できる財務会計知識 •全社もしくは事業部門の予算編成、予実差異分析の経験 •経営層向け財務報告資料等の作成・報告経験（要点を論理的に簡潔に。グラフや表を用いたプレゼンテーション） •新規事業立ち上げ時の損益・KPI管理モデルの設計・運用・改善の経験 •受け身にならず積極的に経営陣からの高い要求に応え続けられるメンタリティ •度重なる事業・状況変化に対応することを厭わない柔軟性 •自分なりの観点で現行業務の改善余地を検討する等、問題意識を持って職務に取り組む姿勢 •事業の急成長を支えることに意義を感じ、常にスピード感を持ち、営業・事業部門の要求にホスピタリティ精神を持って対応する姿勢 •営業等、お客様に向き合った経験（経営陣、事業本部への提案力の観点から） •上場準備、IR(Investors Relations)業務の経験 •IT業界・ベンチャー企業での業務経験 •Zoom、Slack等のツールを活用したリモートでの業務経験（または当該業務環境への受容性） •ビジネスレベルの英語力
