• PayPayのコーポレートエンジニアは、マーチャント領域、カスタマー領域、オーソリティ領域に広がるPayPayの全領域を支える業務システムの内製開発を担っています。 • 業務の成長や新規サービスの展開に伴い、日々進歩するバックオフィス業務を支える業務システムの開発プログラムマネジメントを担っていただきます。 • PayPay内の様々なニーズに合わせた内製システム開発のPgMO（プログラムマネジメントオフィス）業務全般を担っていただきます。 • 同時に複数のプロジェクトを兼務していただきます。（2〜5程度） • ユーザ部門への要件のヒアリングを主導し、他プロジェクトとの依存関係や重要度に応じた優先度評価を行います。
🎯 Requirements
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験（社内向けシステム、もしくは小規模～中規模の納期のある開発プロジェクトのマネジメントを行うとともに、クライアントへの定量的な進捗報告を行った経験） • Webアプリケーションの開発（要件定義工程からの参画）経験 • ビジネスレベル以上の日本語スキル
