🎯 Requirements
•人事業務領域（採用、タレントマネジメント、目標評価、給与・勤怠等）にわたるビジネスプロセスに関する深い知識を有する •インハウスまたはSIerでの業務改善、業務効率化の推進経験 •プロジェクトマネジメント経験（社内向けシステム、もしくは小規模～中規模の納期のある開発プロジェクトのマネジメント経験） •あると望ましい経験/スキル •インハウスまたはSIerでの基幹系システム（Workday、SAP、Oracle等）導入、運用経験 •顧客または社内向けのITコンサルティング経験 •ベンダーコントロール（ベンダーマネジメント）経験 •ビジネス会話レベルの英語力
