📋 Description
• At PayPay, we are seeking a Program Manager for our PMO team to drive initiatives aimed at enhancing project management efficiency. • Managing over 500 projects, increasing the productivity of each one contributes to overall efficiency. • Within the PMO team, you will identify inefficiencies in processes and project management, develop a roadmap for productivity improvement, and execute it in collaboration with internal teams, relevant stakeholders, and partner companies. • As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for the integrated management of multiple projects, strategically overseeing key projects as needed. • You will help ensure that we deliver services to our users and merchants with the speed and quality that our Product Division demands. • Our organization is rapidly evolving, requiring flexible thinking and adaptability with a mid- to long-term perspective to embrace sometimes innovative changes. • This position offers a unique opportunity to gain diverse experiences, making it an attractive role for a Program Manager.
🎯 Requirements
• Data extraction and analysis using BigQuery and Google Spreadsheets • Experience in the web/IT industry or in the consumer app industry • Over 3 years of experience in product management or project management, with a track record of managing multiple projects with deadlines simultaneously • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analysis, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field • English proficiency at a business level, capable of conducting conversations without interpreter support • Japanese proficiency at a native level or equivalent to JLPT N1 • Big QueryやGoogle Spreadsheetを使用したデータ抽出・分析 • Web/IT業界経験者、あるいはto-C向けのアプリ業界経験者。 • プロダクトマネジメントまたはプロジェクトマネジメントで3年以上の経験(納期のあるプロジェクトを複数同時に管理したご経験のある方） • 経営学、工学、データ分析、統計学、コンピュータサイエンス、数学、ファイナンス、または同等の分野での学士号 • 英語（通訳等のサポートなく、ビジネスレベルでの会話が可能なレベル） • 日本語（母国語もしくは日本語能力試験N1同等レベル）
