🎯 Requirements
• 【プロジェクト管理経験】 - 最低5年以上のPMOまたはプロジェクト/ポートフォリオ管理の経験 - 大規模プロジェクト、複雑なプロジェクトのプロジェクト管理経験があること。 • 【関連する学位または資格】 - 経営学、コンピュータサイエンス、数学、または同等の分野での学士号以上 - PMI-PMP、PRINCE2、PMO-CP、P3Oまたは同等のプロジェクト管理・PMO資格を有していること • 【問題解決能力】 - 複雑な課題を論理的かつ体系的に解決できる能力。 - 「やり抜く力」を持ち、目的達成のために困難に立ち向かう姿勢。 • 【ツール習熟度】 - Microsoft Project、JIRAなどプロジェクト管理ツールの実用的な知識。 • 【言語能力】 - 英語（ビジネスレベルでの会話が可能なレベル） - 日本語（母国語もしくは日本語能力試験N1同等レベル）
