📋 Description

• This is a contract position for those based in Brazil. The Initial contract is for 6 months, with strong potential for extension. • Nearform is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Tech Lead to join our team of consultants. • In this role, you will define the technical roadmap, uphold best practices, and mentor the front-end engineering team. • If you have a passion for building innovative applications and a track record of delivering complex solutions in a client-facing environment, we want to hear from you.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient communication in English (oral and written) and excellent communication skills. • 10+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 4+ years in a frontend architect or technical leadership role • Expertise in JavaScript, Typescript, and Frontend frameworks such as React and Vue.js. • Familiarity with Redux, MobX, Vuex, or equivalent state management libraries. • Experience with design systems and component libraries (e.g., Storybook, Material-UI, Tailwind CSS • Experience with modern front-end build systems (Webpack, Vite, Babel, Rollup); • Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code splitting, caching, etc.) • Hands-on experience with unit, integration, and E2E testing (Jest, Cypress, Mocha, etc.); • Familiarity with deployment pipelines, Docker, and AWS; • Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and hands-on experience with a backend language. • Ability to work closely with designers and contribute to UI/UX discussions. • Experience working directly with customers and users.
