• Serve as the main point of contact for brand partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication of goals and progress. • Analyze market and competitive data, trends, and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making; develop growth initiatives and merchandising strategies including go-to-market, product optimization, SKU rationalization, and expansion; focus on sales conversion, growth, and brand visibility. • Oversee the profit and loss for brand partners, ensuring financial targets are met and aligning strategies with overall business objectives. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing, creative, and advertising initiatives; work with the supply chain to ensure product availability; support brand partners' objectives and ensure efficient project management for all related initiatives. • Monitor and report on brand performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. • 7+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or brand management, with a focus on driving growth for major brands. • Demonstrated success in independently managing all facets of eCommerce for a brand with minimal reliance on external agencies. • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing data-driven eCommerce strategies. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Strong analytical mindset, with experience in leveraging data and identifying actionable insights to inform strategy and optimize performance. • Comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape, including Amazon and other eCommerce platforms, marketing channels, and emerging technologies. • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment. • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to evaluate operational gaps and weaknesses and develop scalable solutions to drive business growth and market share.
