📋 Description

• The Capacity team is a critical part of our infrastructure. We’re responsible for deploying and distributing compute resources across the company, working closely with everyone — from datacenter engineers to sales teams and top management. • We’re actively building tools and shaping processes from the ground up, and we’re looking for a strong Capacity Manager to take ownership of our interface with the commercial team. • This is a rare opportunity to step in at a formative moment — to shape the systems and processes that will define how we scale. It’s a high-impact role, visible across the company, and essential to our success.

🎯 Requirements

• Feels comfortable working in an evolving setup. • Enjoys figuring things out and bringing order to complexity. • Understands the technical side — at least at a high level of infrastructure and product architecture. • Communicates easily and confidently with a wide range of people — from developers to C-level. • Is independent, energetic, and has a strong managerial backbone. • Previous experience managing an analytics team or project, especially in a cross-functional or infrastructure-related context.
