• Lead and grow the paid media department's ability to develop holistic multi channel media strategies across paid search, display, paid social, and other paid media channels • Develop client-facing template documents for both educational and strategy purposes • Train, manage and mentor junior-level paid media associates and interns • Create and maintain relationships with media vendors and partners • Conduct extensive audience, keyword, placement, and platform research to inform Paid Media strategies for clients • Collaborate with various teams to define direction and strategy • Participate heavily in monthly industry update meetings • Proven ability to translate high-level client goals into paid media strategy
• 1+ years experience in paid media, having developed strategy and executed campaigns across all digital paid media channels • Google Ads Certified (including Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Measurement) • Google Analytics Certified • Microsoft Advertising certified • Facebook Blueprint certified • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience in Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager • Client facing and public speaking experience • Proven ability to translate high-level client goals into paid media strategy
