Description

• Conduct internal audits throughout the Medicare Advantage program • Assist with executing Medicare Compliance program activities • Use critical thinking to provide recommendations on risk mitigation • Lead and conduct audit assignments with assistance from the Medicare Compliance Officer • Build strong working relationships with internal partners • Lead audit meetings and conduct special requests as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field • 3 to 5 years' experience in leading auditing or other related business function • 1 to 3 years' experience working with Part D prescription Drug and/or Medicare Advantage Programs • Ability to translate government regulations to business requirements. • Ability to build collaborative relationships • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
