Description

• The purpose of this position is to lead a talented team of designers, driving innovative design solutions. • Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns with marketing manager that align with the company's goals. • Collaborate with marketing manager to develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all marketing channels. • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts. • Create high quality designs. • Collaborate with design team members to develop innovative and effective design solutions. • Review and approve design concepts before they are presented to stakeholders. • Oversee the creative direction based on marketing objectives of multimedia content. • Work closely with the web design team to optimize user engagement. • Present creative concepts based on marketing strategies to internal stakeholders. • Provide leadership and direction to the creative design team. • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. • Define and communicate the overall creative vision for projects. • Conduct regular reviews of design work to ensure high quality and adherence to standards. • Provide constructive feedback to team members to help them improve.

Requirements

• Familiarity with design development in Marketing and/or SaaS based product branding. • Managed complex projects solving challenging business problems for creative teams. • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills. • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability. • Experience working with a multifaceted team to scope and plan engagements. • Excellent knowledge of design, marketing, and branding techniques. • Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or equivalent.
