🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of instructional design experience in higher education • Strong background in Learning Design Theory and Practice • Knowledgeable in instructional design models and educational technology tools • Experienced using quality assurance frameworks for course design • Proficient in using LMS and multimedia authoring tools • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Strong project management and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Knowledgeable in Universal Design for Learning
