Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, coaching, and people management • Strong operations skills, organization, and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel • Familiarity with Upwork and other freelancer platforms • Moderate understanding of UTM parameters • Ability to build and motivate teams while maintaining accountability • Experience in multi-level or loyalty program marketing (preferred)
