📋 Description
• Develop and evolve customer and call center agent interaction through product evolution • Understand agent use of CaN for customer conversion • Analyze customer needs and provide best practices • Develop feature lists and prioritize the roadmap based on impact • Create and own business case for the CaN application • Collaborate with teams to scope, design, and deliver product enhancements • Provide clear requirements and business rules for new features
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Call Center product development, management & optimization in progressive roles • Strong business acumen with a customer-first mindset • Understanding of databases, API integrations, and data architecture • Ability to distill analytics data into clear, actionable requirements • Multi-brand, multi-unit and franchise experience a plus
