• This is a fully remote role, however, candidates can only be considered if they are currently a resident of the United Kingdom, we cannot consider applications from outside of the UK. • At ThinkBait, we don’t just run PPC campaigns—we shape the future of performance marketing for Neilson Financial Services. • If you thrive in high-stakes, data-driven environments and want to push the boundaries of PPC in one of the most competitive search verticals, this is the role for you. • The PPC Specialist will play a key role in executing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Bing across multiple Life Insurance brands in the UK, Canada, Australia, and beyond. • You’ll be responsible for managing large-scale campaigns, identifying performance opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.
• Google Ads expertise (essential), with Bing Ads experience considered a plus. • Experience with bulk campaign management via Ad Editors. • Strong keyword research and audience segmentation skills. • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) and data visualization tools like Looker Studio. • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting. • Familiarity with competitor monitoring and business intelligence tools. • Experience with Google Ads scripts & automation is a plus.
