• Responsible for designing and developing software solutions • Designs, creates, maintains, audits, and improves software applications • Performs coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout development process • Designs solutions for complex projects in a collaborative team environment • Mentors less experienced engineers and makes recommendations for future development options • Advocates for improvements and works with the team to accomplish goals
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 7+ years of related experience • Required proficiency in: C# .NET, Visual Studio, Angular • Strong technical competency • Ability to communicate with clients, colleagues and management to explain complex issues clearly and concisely • Logical, analytical and creative approach to solving problems • Ability to work both in a team and independently • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure • Good time management skills to plan and organize own work • Demonstrated respect, collaboration, and pride in ownership • Ability to adapt to change • Focus on continuous improvement and delivering value • Strong knowledge of some/most of the following technologies considered a plus: Playwright, Git, Azure DevOps, MongoDB
