πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ This is a remote position. β€’ A HR & Gig Economy Intern is a professional who assists in updating internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms. β€’ Gathering payroll data such as working hours, leaves and bank account, screening resumes and application forms and managing a labor market that relies heavily on temporary and part-time positions filled by independent contractors and freelancers rather than full-time permanent employees. β€’ This role will also be assisting in office administration matter to ensure the operation of the business are running smoothly. β€’ Intern will be reporting directly to Managing Director of NENO. β€’ Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Human Resources and Gig Economy management.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Diploma / Degree in Office Management, Human Resource, Business Management, Information Management or related field β€’ Highly proficient with of Office 365, Google and Zoho One β€’ Highly organized and excellent attention to detail with high motivation to learn β€’ Excellent communication, administrative, and organizational skills. β€’ Excellent written, verbal, presentation skills β€’ Ability to think critically and problem solve β€’ Capacity to work as an independent individual contributor and cooperative teammate β€’ Time management, organizational skills, and detail-oriented β€’ Understanding the foundational concept and working knowledge of Human Resource Management
