📋 Description

• This will be a 3 Months Maternity cover position. • The Human Resources Representative will be responsible for supporting HR functions, maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and off boarding processes, and ensuring smooth HR operations. • This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in human resources while gaining exposure to a variety of HR functions. • Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating orientations, and ensuring a seamless experience for new employees. • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. • Support off boarding processes, including exit interviews, equipment returns, and final documentation. • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll. • Help coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events. • Assist in benefits administration, including enrolment and addressing employee questions. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies through proper documentation and record-keeping. • Collaborate with HR and other departments to improve processes and enhance the overall employee experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred • 1+ years of experience in HR, people operations, or administrative support (internships included). • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) is a plus. • A proactive and team-oriented mindset with a passion for creating a positive workplace environment.
