•3+ years experience as a Business Development Manager in the Mortgage Industry •Previous experience in Mortgages is required •Strong background in Prime Insured, Insurable and Prime Conventional credit •Comprehensive and strong relationships with Mortgage Brokers within British Columbia •A driven, self starter with a proven ability to build from the ground up and make informed decisions that best serve the business •An adaptable team player who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative work environment •Have strong written and oral communication and presentation skills •Strong sales acumen with excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Strong background in residential mortgage credit considered an asset.
