📋 Description
• We're seeking a proficient Full Stack Developer Coach/ SME to troubleshoot & guide the development of our AI-powered voice transcription platform. • This role will act as a coach for app architecture and provide resolution to team members to keep project on track. • Be available at least 2 hours every day (mornings) to work with a team of developers. • Answer questions in group chats, get on meetings to guide and coach. • Resolve issues and roadblocks in a reasonable timeframe (Less than 24 hours for most issues). • Work closely with product managers, analysts, and UI designers to ensure system consistency and improve user experience. • Support the product development lifecycle through participation in design sprints and review sessions.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development using Python, Node.js/Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript. • Proven track record of developing and managing web applications & APIs. • Strong experience with cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure, including Azure DevOps, App Services, and other Azure management tools. • Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL. • Experience in an Agile development environment and understanding of SDLC practices. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex software projects. • Experience in healthcare technology and understanding of regulatory environments such as HIPAA is a plus. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
