• Como Líder da Equipe de Dados e Estratégia de Fraude, você terá um papel fundamental em direcionar a equipe para o sucesso na elaboração e manutenção de regras de fraude em tempo real, monitoramento de transações e atividades digitais. • Sua liderança será fundamental para impulsionar a adoção de modelos de machine learning e métricas de desempenho de negócios. • Sobre o time de Dados e Estratégia de Fraude: Estamos formando um time robusto e visionário que será responsável por desenvolver soluções que potencializam nossas operações de fraude. Nossa equipe, composta por 6 profissionais, é responsável por escrever e manter regras de fraude em tempo real para transações com cartão, transferências e diversas atividades digitais. Também estamos dando os primeiros passos na implementação de modelos de machine learning para detecção de fraudes e take-over.
