📋 Description
• Como Staff Software Engineer - DevEx, você será responsável por desenvolver automações, otimizar custos e melhorar a experiência dos desenvolvedores, garantindo que o ambiente seja escalável, resiliente e eficiente. • Suas principais responsabilidades: • Desenvolver automações e infraestrutura como código (IaC) com GitOps, AWX e Terraform para um ambiente padronizado e de fácil manutenção. • Garantir a resiliência e a observabilidade das ferramentas de engenharia usando Prometheus, Grafana e monitoramento on-call. • Melhorar a experiência dos desenvolvedores com ferramentas eficientes, pipelines otimizados e processos simplificados para deploy e monitoramento. • Implementar práticas de FinOps para otimizar custos da infraestrutura, visando uma redução de 15 a 30% na AWS com Karpenter, KEDA e autoscaling. • Padronizar a stack de observabilidade, assegurando a disponibilidade de métricas, logs e traces para troubleshooting e performance tuning. • Trabalhar com tecnologias Cloud-Native e DevOps, incluindo Istio, Kong, Kafka, RabbitMQ e HashiCorp Vault, garantindo segurança e escalabilidade. • Colaborar com times de engenharia para definir padrões de deploy, segurança e governança.
🎯 Requirements
• Sólida experiência com AWS e Kubernetes, incluindo KEDA e Karpenter. • Profundo conhecimento em monitoring e observabilidade (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, AlertManager). • Experiência em automação e IaC com Terraform, AWX e GitOps. • Conhecimento em arquitetura de sistemas distribuídos, service mesh e segurança de API (Istio, Kong, HashiCorp Vault). • Vivência em DevEx e melhoria de ferramentas/processos para desenvolvimento. • Conhecimento em mensageria e arquiteturas event-driven (Kafka e RabbitMQ). • Forte expertise em FinOps com foco na otimização de custos na AWS. • Capacidade de resolver problemas complexos de infraestrutura, garantindo resiliência e alta disponibilidade. • Habilidade para colaborar com equipes, promovendo maturidade técnica e boas práticas.
