• NEON ist ein Entwicklungsstudio, welches sich auf Design, Entwicklung und Analyse von Apps spezialisiert hat. • Unser +20 köpfiges Team hat in den vergangenen Jahren vielen Unternehmen geholfen Apps in den verschiedensten Branchen an den Markt zu bringen. • Mit unserem neuen Projekt - der App Akademie - bieten wir staatlich geförderte Umschulungen zum/zur App-Entwickler:in an. • In 9 Monaten (Vollzeit) machen wir unsere Teilnehmenden fit in der Zukunftstechnologie Flutter, indem Programmierung als digitales Handwerk gelehrt wird. • Praxisprojekte und tägliches Coden stehen im Vordergrund. • Wir wollen eine maximal erfolgreiche Learning Experience schaffen und suchen Top Talents , die sich mit diesem Vorhaben identifizieren können.
🎯 Requirements
• Du bist als Student:in noch mindestens für ein Jahr immatrikuliert (harte Voraussetzung) • Du stehst uns im Schnitt 15-20 Stunden/Woche als Tutor:in zur Verfügung (harte Voraussetzung) • Du studierst IT / Wirtschaftsinformatik / Medieninformatik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang (alternativ hast Du Dir außerhalb des Studiums das Programmieren beigebracht und kannst das anhand von Projekten nachweisen) • Du hast Kenntnisse in den gängigen Programiersprachen & Frameworks, optimalerwise in Flutter (ansonsten in Java, Kotlin, Swift, React, JavaScript etc. mit der Bereitschaft, dich in Dart einzuarbeiten) • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und kannst sehr gut kommunizieren • Du bist empathisch und arbeitest gerne mit Menschen zusammen • Du bist sehr gut organisiert
