📋 Description
• Ensure PostgreSQL runs smoothly on the Neon cloud platform • Participate in design and implementation of Postgres features • Write low-level systems code • Deploy changes to farm of 500k+ Postgres instances • Participate in on-call rotation and drive operational excellence
🎯 Requirements
• At least 4 years of production experience in Software engineering • Experience with developing Postgres features and/or extensions • Experience with maintaining and developing big production systems • Passion for building systems software • Passion for joining a fast-paced, early-stage startup • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and pride • Some experience with Rust (optional) • Experience with open-source projects (optional)
