• We are seeking a detail-oriented Shopify Ecommerce Manager to oversee and maintain our brand partners’ Shopify stores. • This role requires a proactive individual who excels at quality control, project management, and working closely with developers to ensure seamless store updates and improvements. • Manage Daily Operations: Oversee routine tasks across multiple Shopify stores, ensuring everything runs smoothly. • Manage Social Shops: Keep TikTok Shop and Meta Shop updated with the latest products, descriptions, pricing, and promotions. • Quality Control Checks: Conduct regular audits on websites to identify issues such as broken links, incorrect pricing, missing images, or poor UX/UI elements. • Project Management: Coordinate with developers and designers to implement necessary changes and updates in a timely manner. • Deadline Management: Ensure that all website updates and feature rollouts are completed within the assigned deadlines. • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical or functional issues related to Shopify themes, apps, and integrations. • Collaboration: Work closely with brand partners to understand their needs, provide reports on store performance, and recommend optimizations. • Process Optimization: Continuously refine and document operational workflows for efficiency and scalability. • Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest Shopify & Social Shops features, best practices, and industry trends to ensure our stores remain competitive.
• Proven experience managing Shopify stores, preferably in an agency or multi-brand environment. • Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for spotting inconsistencies and errors. • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Experience working with developers and designers to execute technical and aesthetic changes. • Basic understanding of Shopify Liquid, HTML, and CSS (a plus, but not required). • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders. • Familiarity with ecommerce analytics, CRO, and UX best practices.
