Description
• Maintains and updates CRM systems with client data, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow-up on solar sales leads. • Prepares and customizes contracts, quotations, and proposals to align with client-specific solar project requirements. • Manages client communications by scheduling site visits, coordinating meetings, and providing support for order processing and inquiries. • Maintains detailed records of client interactions and monitors project milestones to ensure timely updates and progress tracking. • Collaborates with technical, procurement, and logistics teams to facilitate seamless project execution and delivery. • Conducts market research to analyze solar industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, offering actionable insights to the sales team. • Track Solar Project tenders and admin the necessary documentation required.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or an administrative role is a plus. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software • Basic understanding of solar energy concepts and technologies is desirable but not required. • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn about renewable energy and sustainability initiatives.
