Description

• As a Global Sales Director, you will be responsible for the overall achievement of planned revenue and profitability indicators in accordance with the global business plan. • Build a matrix structure for the Global Sales Team in the locations: MENA, LATAM, Africa, South Asia. • Ensuring the fulfillment of company sales in each of the branches and revenue plans. • Full responsibility for commercial sales and business development in the global market. • Sales development, including the opening of new divisions and sales departments in new regions. • Managing Sales managers in branches and monitoring their implementation of sales plans. • Prepare annual plans, monthly sales and P/L sales reports. • Effectively implement and execute commercial market strategy. • Pursue a proactive market approach for new client acquisition. • Participate in industry exhibitions, tradeshows, conference and relevant meeting as leading company representative.

Requirements

• Leadership and people management experience: experience in managing and building Sales teams from scratch • Extensive sales experience in B2B direct sales • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in an international environment • Experience in large and medium-sized commercial organizations, knowledge of modern methodologies and practices • Detail oriented and good problem solver • Fluent or native English is required (C1+), Russian is a big plus • Knowledge of the Solar energy market and technical product capabilities is a plus • University degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or related discipline is an advantage • Willingness for frequent business trips.
