📋 Description

• Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services required for solar EPC projects. • Identify, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers and vendors, ensuring quality standards, competitive pricing, and on-time delivery. • Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions while mitigating risks. • Oversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory. • Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure seamless project execution. • Perform data analysis to identify trends, forecast requirements, and improve supply chain efficiency. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and logistics functions to enhance operational performance and cost-effectiveness. • Ensure procurement and logistics processes comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in international procurement and logistics, particularly in the solar energy and renewable energy sectors or related equipment industries (e.g., inverters, cables). • Strong expertise in procurement planning, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management. • Proven proficiency in operational excellence, inventory management, and analyzing supply chain data for optimization. • In-depth knowledge of global supply chain dynamics and logistics, with a focus on Chinese manufacturers and regional operations in the Middle East and North Africa. • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration across departments and international teams. • Advanced proficiency in procurement and supply chain management software and tools. • Fluent in English (Chinese language skills are a plus).
