•NeoWork is on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant team in Argentina. •In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, providing exceptional support to our customers. •If you are a proactive communicator, enjoy problem-solving, and have a strong desire to assist others, we would love to welcome you to our team!
•4-5 year of experience in a customer service/sales or support role •Fluent in both Spanish and English •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities •Empathetic with a customer-centric mindset •Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment •Familiarity with customer service software, CRM, ERP, and ticketing systems is a plus •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively •Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity. •Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.
•Salary: Open Rate. $10 - $13/hr, based on your level of experience. •Work Set-up: The role will be home-based initially but we need someone open to work hybrid once we have an office operational.
