• Recruiting for both technical and non-technical requisitions at NeoWork • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and qualifications • Conduct thorough and effective candidate screening and interviews • Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract and identify qualified candidates • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future positions • Manage and coordinate the interview process, including scheduling and providing feedback • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively target potential candidates • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in our systems • Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred • 3+ years of experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in the IT, healthcare, fintech, or engineering industry • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong understanding of technical roles and skills, such as software development and IT infrastructure • Proven experience in candidate sourcing and screening • Ability to effectively utilize various sourcing platforms and techniques • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Knowledgeable in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software • Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity • Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication
