•NeoWork is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our talented team. •As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability and accessibility of our clients’ products and services. •The UX designer will be responsible for researching, designing, and iterating the user experience of the Clearnote app. •This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create designs that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and user-friendly. •The designer will focus on simplifying the app’s interface, enhancing usability, and ensuring that user interactions are intuitive and efficient. •Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations. •Create user personas, journey maps, and customer experience flows. •Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. •Conduct usability testing sessions and analyze user feedback for design improvements. •Collaborate with UI designers to ensure a cohesive visual design approach. •Work closely with developers to implement design solutions effectively. •Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design. •Advocate for user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. •3+ years of experience in UX design or a similar role. •Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of UX case studies and design solutions. •Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. •Understanding of usability principles and best practices. •Experience conducting user research and usability testing. •Excellent communication and collaboration skills. •Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines. •Strong analytical skills to interpret user data and feedback. •Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus. •Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity. •Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.
