• We are seeking a Staff QA Engineer to join our fully remote team. • In this role, as the first QA Engineer joining the team, you will take ownership of the quality assurance process, driving improvements in both manual and automated testing strategies. • You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle and ensure our software delivers exceptional user experiences.
Requirements
• 6+ years of professional experience in QA, with a strong track record in both manual and automated testing. • Deep proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright (we use WebdriverIO). • Strong programming skills with experience writing and maintaining scalable, efficient automation code. • Extensive experience driving QA strategy and process improvements across teams. • A proven ability to lead testing efforts for large, complex projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams. • A customer-centric approach, aligning testing with product goals and user needs. • Strong leadership and mentorship abilities, with a passion for elevating the entire QA function.
