📋 Description
• Voor één van onze teams zijn wij op zoek naar een Product Owner met ervaring op het gebied van design, digitale platformen, apps en de daarbij horende projectdynamiek. • Je werkt in een team met designers (UI en UX) en developers (back-end en front-end). • Je voegt jouw kennis en organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden toe om een duidelijk overzicht te behouden op de voortgang en de uitvoering van de projecten en programma’s. • Als Product Owner begeleid je nieuwe klanten en trajecten vanaf het moment dat een offerte akkoord is tot en met de oplevering. • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een gevulde backlog en goed geprioriteerde sprints voor je team. • Je zorgt ervoor dat de opdracht die er ligt volgens afspraak wordt uitgevoerd.
🎯 Requirements
• Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal • Kennis van diverse content management systemen, leersystemen en andere digitale tools • Affiniteit met software design & development • Interesse in de laatste ontwikkelingen in het digitale speelveld • Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als Product Owner of Project Manager binnen software design & ontwikkeling • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal • Ervaring met Agile / Scrum • Ervaring met het schrijven van user stories / specificaties voor een software-ontwikkelteam • Identificeren en bewaken van projectrisico’s en tijdig bijsturen • Bewaken van de projectscope en de kwaliteit • Stressbestendig • Goed in plannen en organiseren • De kunst een goede balans te vinden tussen klantbeleving en het bewaken van planning, budgetten en overige afspraken
