Description

• Being a hands-on problem solver and developer helping to extend and manage the data platforms • Support business and technology teams during design, development, and delivery • Build data-intensive applications and services • Build data modeling, achieve performance tuning, and apply data architecture concepts • Provide operations support to resolve issues proactively and with utmost urgency • Communicate effectively with the business and other technical groups

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent • Minimum 5 years of development in Python or Scala; SQL is a core knowledge • strong knowledge of T-SQL, and NoSQL technologies • EMR job experience • Hands-on experience in Big Data technologies • Hands-on experience in developing scalable data pipelines for large volumes of data and applying ETL and ELT concepts • Understanding of database performance tuning in SQL Server • Strong knowledge of T-SQL • Excellent logical, analytical, and communication skills • Experience in conducting application design and code reviews • Experience in building solutions in AWS services • building a Data Processing Pipeline with Amazon Kinesis Data Streams • experience in using cloud-native resources in AWS • Knowledge of Fundamentals, or the financial industry is highly preferred
