Description

• Senior ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and automate workflows • Design, configure, and develop custom workflows, scripts, and applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS • Work with key ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB • Implement and manage integrations with other enterprise systems through REST and SOAP APIs • Manage upgrades, patches, and releases while maintaining data integrity and system stability • Identify and implement best practices to optimize performance and scalability

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer with hands-on experience in scripting, configuration, and customization • Demonstrated experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, and ServiceNow applications • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow development tools • Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for integration • Familiarity with Agile methodologies • Experience with other ServiceNow modules like ITBM, SecOps, and GRC (preferred) • Previous experience in managing ServiceNow in a cloud environment (preferred)
