📋 Description

• The Direct Sales Agent (United Kingdom Market ) – fully remote from South Africa will primarily be responsible to grow the current existing United Kingdom property portfolio. • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional with proven experience in cold calling to join our dynamic sales team. • As a key contributor to our sales efforts, you will be responsible for canvassing the Nestify database of non-sold enquiries, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth. • This role reports directly to the Head of Sales. • Prospecting and Lead Generation - Call pre-existing leads from the Nestify Pipedrive and prepare those leads for the inbound sales team. • Qualifying leads using the Nestify sales process. • Sales Presentations - Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products/services. • Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of prospective clients. • Negotiation and Closing - Lead negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. • Collaborate with the inbound sales team to ensure seamless transition and delivery of products/services. • Sales Reporting and Analysis - Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM tools. • Managing various company platforms such as calendly & responding to landlord enquiries timeously. • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance. • Market Intelligence - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. • Provide insights and recommendations to the team to adapt and refine sales strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Preferably a tertiary qualification in ‘business related field • Demonstrate an impeccable command of the English language - both written and verbal; • Preferably, have an in-depth knowledge of the real estate sector, especially in the United Kingdom; • 3 to 4 years’ successful track record in cold calling & business development • 3 to 4 years telephonic sales experience conducting a minimum of 50 daily outbound calls • Computer proficiency (MS Office or Google Docs) • Excellent customer relations experience, persuasive & motivated • Embrace challenges with a positive attitude and unwavering determination • Thrive under pressure, experiencing managing stress with composure
