📋 Description

• Design, develop and maintain e-learning training module(s) and program(s) for all the applicable job positions; • Facilitate, coordinate, and manage all e-learning training module(s) and e-learning program(s); • Design, facilitate and score e-learning assessments. • Facilitate, manage, and oversee the Onboarding Training program; • Formulate ‘Training and development’ interventions/plans; • Overall maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS);

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in ‘Education or Psychology’ or any other similar academic qualification related to ‘e-Learning Design.’ • High command of English at a C1 or C2 level; • Having worked in a culturally diverse work environment • 3 to 5 years hands-on work experience in e-Learning Design responsible for the entire e-learning design cycle’ - Learning objectives, Instructional design, Content Development, User Experience design, Interactivity, Assessment & Feedback and Evaluations & Analytics. • 3 to 5 years hand-on work experience facilitating e-learning training, teaching experience • 2 to 3 years Curriculum Design work experience , • Work experience with a Learning Management System software and e-learning Design software (such as TalentLMS, Moodle, Articulate Rise 360);
